Are you currently using version 3.03 or 3.04 which was released this year? The user manual says 3.03, but not sure if it is fully updated since fairly recent change in the industry.
The user manual is up to date, Skydel 20.9.4(the latest release at the moment) is currently supporting version 3.03.
