Can you change the attitude of the vehicle antenna during a scenario via the API? For instance, I want to simulate a space vehicle motion with the antenna pointing at a specified region at some point during the scenario.

unfortunately it is not possible.
The alternative is to use the Antenna Sequencer, except that you have to configure it before the start of the simulation.
But it is not possible to change it while the scenario is running.
It’s in Settings / Vehicle / Antenna / Sequencer.

The usual way to achieve this is to rotate the body of the vehicle, not the antenna. The antenna is attached to the body. The body trajectory can be controlled in real-time using the HIL interface. If your antenna orientation is know in advance you can create a trajectory with the appropriate yaw/pitch/roll for the appropriate time in your scenario.
